Flank Steak BBQ Guide
Flank steak is lean, flavourful, and great for marinating. It's thicker than skirt steak but with a similarly pronounced grain. The rules are the same: hot grill, medium-rare, and always slice thin against the grain. Excellent for stir-fries, salads, or served as is with chimichurri.
